Ethanol Potential from Food Waste Studied at Penn State

Call for Papers - RESS Symposium Paper Competition

Call for Papers – RESS Student Paper Competition

All RESS students are invited to enter a class project in the RESS Student Paper Competition.  Three finalists will be chosen to deliver a 10-minute presentation of their paper at the symposium on July 27, 2017.  Group projects are permitted, but only one person is needed to represent the group.  The top entry will be awarded a prize.  Submit your paper, via email, to dec109@psu.edu no later than April 30, 2016.

Inaugural RESS Symposium a Success

RESS students and faculty gathered recently for the first annual RESS Symposium, held on July 27th at the Penn Stater Conference Center in State College, PA.   
 
In addition to some beautiful summer weather, the event featured tours of local solar, wind, sustainability, and bioenergy projects, as well as presentations from RESS faculty on recent developments in their area of study.
